I sent a message regarding a necklace that had broken. They sent a label for warranty repair after I paid. I sent the necklace away. They were clear that if additional costs were warranted they'd let me know prior to making the repair. It was back within a few weeks like new.

One of the stones fell out of my ring. I contacted customer support and they were prompt about sending me instructions about how to proceed. I sent the ring back. BabyGold replaced the stone. I received it before the projected completion time. Happy with the service.
I purchased a necklace in June in hopes that it would arrive the first week of July. I paid for the expedited shipping and it originally said it would arrive on time. After checking my tracking number I was a little frustrated that it hadn’t shipped. I contacted customer support (Adrian). He explained that they were closed for the Fourth of July and it was delayed shipping. He immediately refunded the cost of expedited shipping and still kept the expedited shipping. I got the item a little late but my wife loved it, except, the necklace didn’t sit where she wanted it. I contacted Adrian again and he helped with the return and purchase of the larger necklace. Then, my wife caught the necklace with brush while brushing her hair and pulled it apart. Again, I contacted Adrian who sent me a label for warranty work. I sent the necklace back again and it was fixed and sent back and so far we haven’t had any issues and my wife still loves the necklace!!
