I have been with the company for four amazing years.
What's the most rewarding part of your job?
Being able to work with many different people who have great personalities, and seeing all our hard work come to fruition with a finished product.
What do you love most about being a woman in 2020?
Seeing myself and other women being able to hold a career and support our families makes me a stronger, more powerful, and successful person.
A favorite memory or piece?
Working with Helen and Baby Gold from the very beginning and seeing the growth over time has been amazing, and makes me very happy and proud of the company.

How long have you been with the company?
It will be 2 years in June!
What's the most rewarding part of your job?
Working with strong, passionate women and men who want to bring transparency to the industry.
What do you love most about being a woman in 2020?
I love that we have more real representation in politics, TV, and film than ever before. Little girls have brilliant, strong women to look up to everywhere they look.
A favorite piece?
I love the pavé diamond evil eye necklace. It's fun to wear jewelry embedded with meaning and symbolism, so it feels like more than just decoration.

I've been with the company 5 years, and working with Baby Gold for 2 of them.
What's the most rewarding part of your job?
Helping with customer orders to make sure each item is perfect for every customer.
What do you love most about being a woman in 2020?
That I get to work hard to support my family.
A favorite piece?
I love all Baby Gold pieces, especially the turquoise bezel studs.

January 11th was my one-year anniversary with the company.
What's the most rewarding part of your job?
Getting to come to work every day with such an amazing, inspiring group of people who truly care about what we do. The support from our team motivates me daily to do the best for our clients.
What do you love most about being a woman in 2020?
That my work ethic, character, and performance aren't determined by the fact that I'm a woman.
A favorite piece?
I absolutely love our enamel earrings. They're so cute, I want them all in every color.
